Character designs from objects / Fictional informational book - creating human/humanoid designs for objects / concept, displaying them in a fictional guidebook as if they are real beings sighted in the real world 

Each ‘character’ to have a dedicated two pages, a full illustration on the left with information on the right.
Inspiration - general idea of personification: giving human aspects and/or emotions to, objects, concepts and animals, and gijinka art - a term originating in Japan, loosely deriving from the Japanese romanji for humanisation, often used in online communities. The art of giving human designs to non-human things.

The characters in the sample pages themselves could be linked by a nature theme. I can include the idea of flower drawings I originally planned to do a project with. - flower human designs for: Lily, Common Poppy, California Poppy, Dandelion (both versions) - tornado types - multi-vortex, segmented, rope, nocturnal - illustrated mock photos(?), could look at midwest gothic photographs / tornado photos as reference 
Information pages to include: -basic written description -bullet point ‘wiki’ style info + bonus smaller illustrations of close up details on the designs
